Michelle works at The Royal Children's Hospital as a Simulation Clinical Nurse Consultant. Michelle's responsibilities include the development, implementation and support of simulation training programs.
Over the last 16 years Michelle has worked in clinical and in nursing educational roles at the RCH emergency department, as well as clinical and educational roles at St. Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne. Michelle has also worked at St. Vincent's Private Hospital as the resuscitation and clinical deterioration coordinator in 2014/205 and has worked in many hospitals in the UK and Australia wide specialising in adult and paediatric critical care (ICU, ED, Recovery Theatre) Michelle has a Bachelor of Nursing Science, a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing Practice (Adult and Paediatric Emergency), a Graduate Certificate in Nursing Education, and a Master of Advanced Nursing Practice. |
