Jamie Rhodes has been a Critical Care Paramedic since 2016 and a Paramedic since 2011. He has worked in a range of locations across Queensland including Brisbane, Mount Isa, Cloncurry, Doomadgee and Mornington Island. For the past four years he has worked in Metro North at Kedron Park and on the Bicycle Response Team. In addition to his roles with QAS, Jamie was the State Secretary and National Scientific Committee Chair for Paramedics Australasia and is now the Organising Committee Chair for the inaugural Australasian College of Paramedicine International Conference. Jamie is driven to advance the profession through continuing education, advocacy and challenging the status quo. Jamie also enjoys fostering future practitioners through education, teaching into a number of undergraduate paramedic programs.
