FACEM and PEM 

Jess is a FACEM PEM working in Brisbane. Originally from Port Macquarie, she completed her degree through The University of New South Wales in Sydney, spending her final two years of medical school in Wagga Wagga, NSW. She commenced her Emergency Medicine training in Wagga spending a total of 6 years there. She then let the warmth of the Sunshine State tempt her and made the move to Brisbane, where she has worked at Logan Hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital, Queensland Children’s Hospital and the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. 

Jess is passionate about medical education and enjoys teaching at all levels. She enjoys the collegiality and partnerships that are formed through shared learning, and hopes to inspire others to see education as a lifelong journey to incorporate evolving medical knowledge into our everyday practice.
