PARA PEM Course (Paramedic Paediatric Emergency Medicine) is an innovative and interactive 3 day course that aims to take your acute paediatric skills to the next level. After seeing a growing demand for high quality Paramedics education, we have formed PARA PEM by combining the hugely popular PEM Course (2 day course) with a 3rd day that is aimed at the logistics, skills, tips and techniques that paramedics need.
Day 1 and 2 you will learn heaps by attending The PEM Course with your medical and nursing colleagues. This course provides detailed evidence-based reviews of the common PEM conditions presenting to Emergency Departments with comprehensive lists of differential diagnosis. This also includes case based studies, guidelines review and exposure to a wide array of clinical material including X-rays, USS, CT, clinical photographs and video cases. PARA PEM Day three (Paramedic Paediatric Emergency Medicine) is a full-day course that aims to take your acute paediatric knowledge and skills to the next level. After the success of the PEM Course and PENS, the need was evident for a Paramedic specific course with Paramedics often attending the two other courses. We heard the feedback and we are so excited to present this specific course, just for Paramedics!
