With 17 years of experience in emergency nursing and six years as a dual-trained Emergency Nurse Practitioner specializing in paediatrics, L’Oreal is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. Holding dual master’s degrees, she has a passion for staying at the forefront of evolving practice, which has led her to actively participate in multiple emergency department research projects over the years.
 A passionate educator, L’Oreal is involved in teaching various paediatric courses, including Paeds Basics and the Optimus courses, helping to shape the next generation of emergency care providers.
 Outside of work, she embraces the joys of motherhood, while pursuing her love for travel, yoga, bush walking and restoring historic homes.
