Cat Mackay 

Cat Mackay is a critical care rescue and retrieval flight paramedic with over 12 years of paramedicine experience. After completing her bachelor of paramedicine in 2012 she joined Ambulance Victoria working in both rural Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne, before becoming a MICA paramedic with a Master of Emergency Health. She then completed a graduate certificate in Aeromedical Retrieval and in December 2023 commenced as a MICA Flight Paramedic at Air Ambulance Victoria.
 
Cat has a passion for mentoring and collaboration, with a strong belief in the value and importance of sharing knowledge and experience between colleagues, services and professions around Australia and the world.
